You walk through an old wooden door and the bar welcomes you. Since 2018, our restaurant in Torrevieja town centre — Calle Clemente Gosálvez, a short stroll from the sea — has cooked the way the south lives: calmly, product first, windows open. Inside, the warm room and the gentle smoke from the kitchen; outside, a terrace made for slow aperitifs and summer dinners.
The menu moves between three coordinates — the Mediterranean, Japan, Latin America: signature sushi, sharing plates and a bar that works like a small laboratory.
