You walk through an old wooden door and the bar welcomes you. Since 2018, our restaurant in Torrevieja town centre — Calle Clemente Gosálvez, a short stroll from the sea — has cooked the way the south lives: calmly, product first, windows open. Inside, the warm room and the gentle smoke from the kitchen; outside, a terrace made for slow aperitifs and summer dinners.
The menu moves between three coordinates — the Mediterranean, Japan, Latin America: signature sushi, sharing plates and a bar that works like a small laboratory. The town centre is Torrevieja’s liveliest area for dinner: a short walk from the harbour and the seafront promenade, with terraces that fill up at dusk. And parking is easier than it looks — blue-zone street parking and public car parks are a few minutes’ walk away.
RAMË has been here since 2018: signature sushi, fusion cooking and our own cocktail bar, with a dining room and terrace. Eating well in the centre doesn’t mean choosing between Japanese and Mediterranean — our menu brings both together.
