RAMË Gastrobar is a fusion, sushi and signature-cocktail restaurant with two locations on the Costa Blanca: RAMË Torrevieja, in Torrevieja town centre (Calle Clemente Gosálvez, 5), and RAMË Ciudad Quesada, in Rojales (C. Quesada Ballester, 1A), near La Marquesa Golf. Both RAMË Gastrobar locations offer terrace seating, takeaway and WhatsApp bookings.

RAMË Gastrobar opened in 2018 in Torrevieja town centre (Alicante) as a fusion restaurant: Mediterranean produce, Japanese technique and Latin American accents, with signature sushi and its own cocktail list. It now has two locations: RAMË Torrevieja (Calle Clemente Gosálvez, 5, Torrevieja) and RAMË Ciudad Quesada (C. Quesada Ballester, 1A, Rojales), sharing the same à la carte menu, each with its own set lunch menu.
